One of the best parts of my job is the variety of jobs I get to do. Everyday it’s a new person, a new place, a new story, a new group of people. In the past month I have worked two segments for a major TV Network Variety show; an episode for a smaller network show about, AMERICA’s Music, the Blues, 2 or 3 TV pilots with Little People, Funny People, Interesting people; A faith based “thriller” (?-not exactly sure what to call it, but it was cool); and a Corporate video for a health product. I logged a lot of miles between Memphis, Alabama and Florida and met a bunch of interesting people along the way. Every time I turned on my TV my friend Dan Collins was there. I left a pillow in a hotel and ate a bunch of food I should not have eaten… and ya know what? I wouldn’t trade it for the world. Some days I have to step back and say to myself “They pay me for this?” Other days I just quietly watch as amazing people walk through the door and teach me amazing lessons… adults and kids alike. Do I love my job? You bet your boots!
